Scope of works: Luxury Residence Potts Point

Project Timeline: 7 months

Bomera, The Victorian Italianate sandstone mansion located on the northern tip of the Potts Point Peninsula. Bomera’s house was designed with two directions in mind – Woolloomooloo Bay and the harbour to the north. Access from the south resulted in service areas, including stables and servants quarters, being located on the south side.

Works completed include transformation of servants quarters and stables into new living areas. The original heritage and style were kept in mind and maintained throughout the works. Bedrooms, bathrooms, all living areas and a gym were some of the new additions.

Restoration work was also completed in some areas of the main residence – mainly the kitchen and living room
